He is a management graduate with two decades of experience in the financial services and telecom sector with vast understanding retail distribution through branch networks especially in the rural markets.

Ashvin has spent over a decade working in the financial services industry both in India and the United States. He started his professional career as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley in New York. He then joined General Atlantic LLC, a worldwide private equity firm, where he was based in the New York City and Greenwich offices. Ashvin moved to India in 2006 to join the core team to set up the Mumbai office for India Equity Partners (IEP), a $350mm India focussed Private Equity Fund.

In 2011, Ashvin moved to Delhi to set up his own family office to invest in debt securities of mid-market Indian companies. He has successfully invested over INR 100cr of proprietary capital in debt securities across 20 companies in the last 5 years.

Ashvin has served on the Board of Directors of several financial services companies including Manappuram Finance (until 2010) and Netafim Agricultural Finance Agency Private Limited (since 2012). He also serves as an advisor and Investment committee member for SEBI registered VC funds including Fulcrum Venture India LLP and Carpediem Capital Partners.

Ashvin completed his education from Wesleyan University and The London School of Economics.

Seetharaman comes with more than 2 decades of rich experience in the banking and financial service space. He has exposure in the areas of Strategy, Process & Change Management, Retail Distribution, Risk Management, Business Operations & Product Development.

Prior to this assignment, Seetharaman worked with leading financial institution like ICICI bank and Lakshmi Vilas Bank.

Bala has over 22 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services industry. He co-founded Metis Family Office Services Pvt Ltd in the year 2010. Prior to founding Metis, Bala has held credible positions in the senior management of Institutions like Citibank, UBS & ICICI bank for almost 17 years. The last position he held was as Joint General Manager at ICICI Bank in the year 2010.

Bala has a diverse domain specialization across banking businesses, namely Private Wealth Business, Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate finance. He had been a part of various credit committees during his stint as Zonal Manager for western southern India for SME business in ICICI Bank.

He comes in with hands on experience of managing a large portfolio of SME finance spreading across the country. Over the years he has become integral to the ecosystem of SME finance.

He has overseen the private placement of debt instruments of INR 350 Crores for the last 3 years at Metis. Bala has a BE and MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University. Bala is an extensive reader and his interest zooms across contemporary and historical subjects.
